Often incentive offers such as the oil change example do not transfer to subsequent owners-they are only valid for the original purchaser. DVC has essentially done the same thing. WIth this changThese are not contractual obligations for DVD/DVC. They are bonuses they have offered over time and have changed as years have gone by (original OKW owners got free park tickets during the 90s). In fact in the direct purchase paperwork there is a disclosure about those extras and that they are not guaranteed to continue and not to purchase based on them.I don't see it as the same thing. First you are giving examples of physical objects. I am talking about a lease of a membership that is set to last until a specific date. If you buy a lease and take over payments, you would expect the oil changes to continue if they are part of the original agreement. Same with the original DVC contracts. If it states in the original condo docs that membership cannot be downgraded due to the risk of depreciating values. Then we have ground to stand on. This was in another post.
