I wonder if anyone can tell me the time it takes after passing ROFR to getting the closing documents? It's seeming like forever!

Congratulations on passing ROFR!!! You are over your biggest hurdle. This is the time to stay in close contact with your agent. That is their job, to walk you through the ENTIRE process. If you call or e-mail them, that will trigger a review of the paperwork at that moment in time and they can usually give you the feedback you are looking for.
