Resale contract and timing of deed recording

I own a direct contract at OKW and recently bought a resale at BCV (will be same membership number). It was closed on Feb 6. I was notified by the title company on Feb 10 that the deed was sent to the county for recording. I know it's not even 2 weeks yet but I was talking to MS and asked about the new contract points. She said the new contract isn't even listed yet and seemed to think that was strange. The title company said that the recorded deed would go to Disney in 24-48 hrs. I know that the points can take awhile to load but she made me feel like the contract should be showing up in my account. Should I be worried?

I have the same timeline as you just not an existing owner and do not have my contract nor my member id and activation code yet. I was told by Member Administration I needed to wait it could take 30 days.

I would not be worried, unless you have a deadline and need the points loaded asap?

Thanks for the replies. I didn’t necessarily expect the points to be available yet. It was just that the gal at MS acted like it was unusual for the new contract to not be showing up at all yet. Maybe she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

02/10 to todays date is a very short timeframe and completely normal.

I see it takes minimum 13 days from closing to contract showing up and that's with reaching out I believe. But quite a few showed in 17 days. So, optimistically, you may see it by end of this week
