Resale Company???

I was looking at purchasing some additional BCV points via resale and wanted to find out who everyone has used and what their thoughts were (service, efficiency, ease of use, etc.). Our original purchase was through Disney so I am not well versed on the resale company's out there. We may ultimately buy from Disney; however want to explore all options before deciding. Thanks. Unfortunately for you, the search is down, because there are lots of opinions about resale companies. From what I remember, people like the sponsor of this site, The Timeshare Store. There was one other that was recommended, but I can't recall the name. If you have time to look back thru these threads, and don't get any other responses, you can check it out that way.

I've used the TimeShare Store with Jason for two resales, and could not be any happier, he was great!

I've purchased two resales through Timeshare Store, and that end (working with Jason) was fine. However, I am less than enthralled with Timeshare Store Closing company, and while I don't want to dis anyone on the DIS boards, I won't use them again. You can pick your own company for resale closing, someone recommended Timeshare Transfer recently, in the very least I would price them out before making a commitment. There are about 3 big DVC resale brokers. (There are more, but some are small) One is this boards sponser, but I had trouble getting return calls from them, so I would not leave a message. I used one of the others. Do a google search for DVC resales.

Not to thread-jack, but...

dis-happy - What were your issues with the Timeshare Closing Company? We are currently working with them (and Jason at TTS) so I was just wondering if I had to look out for something specific?
