I'm aware of timeshare store and A Timeshare Broker. Are there others who sell DVC resales?

I have never used Shontell but have read positive experiences of others whom have used Shontell.

Another site is www.reid4florida.com. A few people on the board have used this site as well.

We used The Timeshare Store for our recent OKW purchase. Went very smoothly.

A lot of the regular timeshare sellers get inventory as well. Of the 2 contracts I've bought and 3 additional that I've had contracts on, none were through any of the ones listed. Century 21 in Kissimmee, ERA Stroman, Sharon Eden are some of the others I'd try. The ones noted are going to be most knowledgeable and likely easier to deal with but also likely to have the highest costs.

Shontell was with the Timeshare Store but left there fairly recently from what I understand.

I would suggest that you use a search engine and type in " timeshares". I have done this several times and found DVC contracts for sale in the less popular websites. It takes sometime and there are many sites to review. I would also suggest that you visit the tug website. They have a free classified add section and I have seen DVC timeshares listed. The website is: www.tug2.com .

One final point if you do buy from a privae seller I would suggest you use a closing service such as Timeshare Closing service, phone number 407-370-2373. They will hold money in escrow until you receive a clear title. Good luck!

We have purchased 4 contracts from atimeshare.com. Jaki Apetz worked with us for all of the sales. She is very professional, she works with you to get you the best deal she can and I was always impressed with how well she keeps you posted during each step of the closing. We have always closed in 30 days or less (my understanding is that some of the other places have experienced delayed closings). My father-in-law just purchased from Jaki and closed two weeks ago and experienced the same great service! I would highly recommend her! Good luck!
