If you purchase resale with cash. Does it still show up on your credit as realestate?

i'd assume DVC could report you to the credit agencies if you stopped paying your annual dues, but most likely they would just take back the contract.

but the contract itself won't show up, no.

I believe your DVC loans don't even show up on credit reports-- at least mine does not.

If you finance it through anyone but Disney, it will probably show up.
IE if you use a HELOC, or you used a credit card. Yes, it will not be separate, but it will be on their lumped with other debts.

If you buy direct, or you pay cash, is the only way it will not show up.

Thank you for all replies. Me and DH will buying and p aying cash. We didn't want it showing on our credit.

We paid cash and then refinanced our mortgage a few months later. It did not show up, but we did tell the bank about it as another asset. They didn't seem to care about it either lol
