RER/Metro ticket advice

Hi everyone! You've be so helpful so far and I have another question!

I would like to do the following combination on the RER/Metro. Does anyone have any advice for the kind of ticket I should get? Should I buy it in advance? I've looked at the options and I'm not sure which is the best. I don't want to run out of tickets, money or both..or get lost.

- Gare du Nord to Marne la Vallee
- Marne la Vallee to Montparnasse Bienvenue or Charles de Gualle Etoile
- Montparnasse or Charles de Gualle to Notre Dame
- Notre Dame to Gare du Nord

The plan above is to go from the train station to Disneyland on day one. The following day go from Disneyland to either the Arc de Triomphe or Montparnasse, over to Notre Dame and back to the train station at Gare du Nord.

Sorry for being so complicated! I'm trying to make this easy on myself as well as easy to navigate. I'm worried it won't be!

Bumping this up from last week in case anyone has any advice!

Day 1 - Gare du Nord to MLV is 7,10€

Day 2 - MLV to anywhere in Central Paris (RER or Metro) is 7,10€

Then you'd buy individual metro tickets to go from Arc de Triomphe/Montparnasse to ND and then from ND to Gare du Nord at 1,70€ per ticket

We used metro/rer last time we went to Disney and to reassure you it was pretty straight forward even though it was our first time. there were lots of machines and they were easy to use. I found that by going online and noting down station names on the routes we didn't get lost or end up on the right train going the wrong way!

Thanks for the help! I think I'm mostly worried that I'll get the wrong ticket and look stupid. Do you have any recommendations on a ticket I should buy ahead of time if possible that would allow me to go to all those places?
