Requests on Ressies?

Greetings all!

I know in the past when I have made a request like highest floor possible it was noted on the printed confirmation that I received in the mail.

When I booked our June visit in December I made the request and it was not on the confirmation. When I called to make our December ressie I made the same request. Again, it isn't on my confirmation.

Thoughts?

My request for our Dec. trip is on my reservation confirmation sheet. I would just call DVC MS and ask the CM if they are showing any requests on your reservation.

We have a July reservation at OKW. The request for Turtle pond did not show up on the printed confirmation so I called member services. The cast member confirmed the request and asked if I would like a new confirmation sent. I did not ask for one. I will simply re-iterate my request at check in. As always they are just requests and are not guaranteed. But here's hoping for Turtle Pond.

I will give MS a call and confirm that the requests are noted. I know they are just requests but in the past MS has done a great job of honoring them!
