Requests on an Exchange

I am booked at OKW on an exchange through II. Can I still make room requests with MS? If so, what reservation number do I use? I have a confirmation number (9 digits) and an II (8 digits) number. Neither show up if I attempt to find the reservation online.

Yes you can make requests.

Call Members Services (*not* Disney's "regular" reservations line), using the 800 # found in the "Important Information" block on the second page of your Exchange Confirmation. You will need your 12 digit DVC Reservation Number---it can be found on the first page of your Confirmation, in the right hand column.

DVC reservations are managed entirely separately from "regular" Disney resort inventory, so you cannot look up your reservation on line using the normal tools.

When you call go through the que for the exchange dept. They can add requests and the Dining Plan if you opt for it but you have to do the entire 7 days for all in the party. I have a 2 BR in May at OKW.
