Requesting Turn-Down Service?

We are staying at the Poly and I have read in various places that it is available upon request...but just wondered if you have to pay extra for it.

No, you don't have to pay extra for it. It was a really nice touch. We did it on our anniversary at WL.

Is it something we technically could request every night we are there? I'm just thinking it would be really nice to come back to every evening...

Yes, you can request it for each night of your stay. Whether you will actually get it is an entirely different matter. We requested the service at BWV for each night of our stay (not a point stay). They probably remembered for, perhaps, 1/3 of the nights.
