Requesting a Server

We had a fantastic Server March 2015 on the Fantasy. Is it possible to find out if this server is still working on the Fantasy and to request him as our server on our next cruise? I do not remember his last name but his first name was Herry and he was from Indonesian. Here is a picture of Herry with my two daughters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you still have your receipt for your gratuities from that cruise? The names of the people are there. Other than that, you could try giving DCL a call and asking if it's possible to identify him by first name, job title, and cruise date/ship. Then you can just request him (don't actually have ascertain whether he's on your cruise or not). If he's onboard your cruise chances are you would get him.

We've requested a server based on name and where he's from. As PP said, if you still have your gratuity tickets you can find out his last name and it will make requesting him a little easier. All we did was call DCL and add the request to our reservation, and our request was given to us. We ended up seated alone for dinner (just me and my husband), but it was a wonderful week with our favorite server. We've requested him again for our upcoming cruise (our daughter's first cruise), so hopefully our request will be granted again.
