REQUEST: Top Level "DISNEY Website DOWN" category

Look - this stuff is all over the board, buried in other threads .
Disney Website fails, shutdowns, recodes, breakage, are NOT being pre announced.

Seriously - as Disney continues to play with their website? NOT use standard change-control procedures?
Does not behave like a business oriented website?

Our community needs a SINGLE place to report "Website UP/Website DOWN" data, by actual observation.
