Request - Mickey Head with Construction Vehicle

I've looked through tons of designers albums and posts and have not found this.
A little bit of a different request... I'm looking to see if anyone has or can create a Mickey head with a construction vehicle (like a back hoe or loader, etc) in the center with the name Trace on one of the ears.
