Request family shirt DISign for November 2014

Hi there,
I have seen a design that I am interested in on a DISigners page who is no longer designing. I am trying to figure out if a current DISigner might be able to customize the design for my family trip in November. The design is from lizabu, and it is family names in the outline of a mickey head with cinderella's castle and tinkerbell inside. I am unclear on whether or not I can even contact her to ask permission for this, or if what is linked from her page is implied consent, as it says something about feel free to customize any of her designs. I apologize for being so inept, but after many visits trying to figure out what I am supposed to do, I finally decided to take a chance and make a request. If this is possible, I would like for it to say Roache Family Vacation 2014 - Walt Disney World -
with the names: Ma, Da, Anna, Ellie, Grace, Kristin, Dave, Erin, Todd, Lily
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
