Request a server? Looking for Eddie

We cruised last April on the 7 day Eastern and had Eddie from Turkey as our server. He was the best and would like to request him again if possible. How does one go about requesting a server and has anyone had Eddie on a recent trip

Never had him as a server but when we cruised in February, we requested a server at Sessions as you board the Ship. There are no guarantees but it does not hurt to try..

We too went to Sessions to request our favorite server but it was not possible for us to move to one of his tables as all were full (he was in a different rotation too!).

We did however hook-up for lunch one day by asking around as to what his lunch rotation was and going there and asking to be seated at one of his tables - it was a nice consolation!
