Anybody know anything about this place? We found some information about it on a website about "The Other Orlando". Here is the link with all the information -

My husband really wants to take a morning and go there on our next trip. He has this strange fascination with snakes . . .

Anyway, it does look like an interesting place. You get to see them milk the snakes for venom and everything. Does anybody know how long it would take to get there from the Polynesian? We are thinking about having breakfast at the Poly one morning and then heading over to Reptile World to see the snakes. What about driving directions from the Poly? We would love to hear from anybody who has been there. Can anybody help us out? Thanks!

Nobody's been there? Guess I'll just have to post a report when we get back! ;)

we'll have to go, because 6ds adores snakes! If you ever get out to S.D., not too far from Mt. Rushmore, there's a place called Reptile Gardens that is simply great for this kind of thing. In the middle of a touristy area, but really worth the $$. Thanks for suggesting one more thing for me to try and fit in on our trip!

I've been there and it really is fascinating. You absolutely MUST schedule your visit for the snake milking. Some people may find it a little too intense but it really is a great show.

Be aware that the Serpentarium is on the far fringes of the tourist circuit, so budget enough time to get there and get back.

I have a complete review on my site, which you can reach by clicking on the "www" link below this post.

I dont know where your web site is. My son has always wanted to see snake milking. We are going to Disney in a couple of weeks and he would rather see the snakes then go to the parks. Could you please tell me what town the reptile place is ikn. thanks!!!!

porkchop, Reptile World is actually in St Cloud, the neighbouring town to Kissimmee. Just stay on Highway 192 all the way east and it is one of the old-style roadside attractions which Florida used to have in abundance. Call (407) 892-6905 for more details.

There is a direct link in my first post that will take you right to all the information. Thanks everybody!
