With twelve days to go, I'm loving the play-by-play. Almost switched to CR today but the room disappeared.

Oh, good morning Magic Kingdom!

We had a great view of EWP floating all around the lagoon and even could hear the music faintly when it played in front of GF. We watched it go by on its way to WL then waited for fireworks. With our doors open and the sound on the tv up, we felt like we had our own beautiful private version of Wishes! It was fabulous!

This morning we awoke to find...the castle lights are not on! Well the lights in the windows are on, but the changing color spots are not! That was not what i expected! Also the new fantasy construction had major spot lights lighting up the whole area.

We loved our night at CR and can't wait to go check into our home...the Poly!

Check- in at the Poly went smoothly and took about 7 minutes. We were told our room is not ready because they are trying to meet our requests. We are happy to wait all day if necessary! We have things to do anyway!

Kona Cafe knows how to make some breakfast...i will leave it at that until my dining report.

Now we are waiting to go parasailing! Gorgeous weather. We used groupon discounts but paid for extra height and extra time. I will let you know how it goes.

Monorail this morning to Poly and back to CR was very efficient.

While we were waiting to go parasailing we received a text that our room was ready and we should go to the front desk for the number.

Parasailing was amazing! DS and DH went singles and DD and I went tandem. DD and i are both a little scared of heights and let me be honest. If you're afraid of heights this is scary. Every time the wind kicked up and picked up the slack on the rope it made us nervous. We were both holding on for dear life even though technically we didn't have to do this as we were sagely harnessed in. We both felt like we were gonna fall out of the "seat" even though we logically knew we couldn't. That said, I would do it again and it was worth every penny for the fabulous view!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts....I admit, I am a tad scared about this, but I am committed now with the groupon bought, and I just hope I can overcome my fear and enjoy it!
