Report of 4th FP from app!?

Just to verify...this doesn't in any way affect any other FP+ you have lined up for the rest of your vacation? I would hate to somehow lose everything else for other days...

It's only going to affect the FP you have for that day. If you have used them already, as PP said, it won't matter what it does with them. Just don't try it before USING the 3 you have that day

lol, I do as well. Like I said, I have not had an issue with it to this point. I am not going to say in stone it works every time for everyone as that would be a very complacent statement to announce. I have done it several times with no issues what so ever, just the way I explained it above.

One more question - after you use your first three ... At you scheduling more one at a time, or three at a time?

Back at the beginning of January we used all three of our fastpasses and then booked a fourth from the MDE app while sitting in the Dumbo tent queue. We didn't know that it wasn't supposed to be a working thing. We just knew that we had used our three and logged in to book a fourth for later that afternoon. We didn't have any problems and I don't recall any 'conflict' prompts. Did we just happen to time it with a glitch?

Most of the time we never had time to do more than one more FP so honestly I do not know. I will make sure to try that this weekend though for sure.

Seemingly it would make three new ones as you would be "canceling" all three original FP times for new ones. However as I said, I cannot say it would or would not at this time. Something new to try ... Love it!!

Hooray, another person found out about it!!

I've always seen the conflict message, though I have always booked the fourth while time still remained on the third original FP time window, so that could have something do with that.

Glad to see someone else has tried and succeeded at doing this.

I'm pretty sure it was after the end of the time frame for the third FP when we made the fourth. I don't remember for certain though.

No, I seem to remember mine still showing in the app last summer, even after they had been used.

I don't think this is a moral thing, honestly, I have ALWAYS expected this functionality to become part of MDE. Think about it, it doesn't make sense for Disney to NOT let us do this. Part of the usefulness of the FP+ system is that people no longer need to spend time criss crossing the park to obtain FP's, but if you have to run to a kiosk for fp 4 etc. then you are right back where you were with legacy FP. Additionally, there are a limited number of FP kiosks in the park, tying them up with people who have smart phones / tablets and know what they are doing just adds to the lines and waiting. Letting those folks take care of FP 4 on their own frees those kiosks up for people who maybe need help, or just simply don't have a device to access MDE with. Basically, it is a win win for Disney and us, we spend more time on rides, in shops, eating, and less time in their FP kiosk line, and other guests get through those lines faster too. Exactly what Disney wants out of this system.

No, my used FPs were still sitting there even while I was back at my resort for the night. And I've done the "resolve my conflict".... But I've done it from the kiosk. Never even tried to do it from my phone!

Eddie, when you say, "Go to the app and try to schedule more Fast Passes", what exactly do you mean? On the first screen, do you choose "Choose New Fastpass+ Experience", or "Modify My Existing FastPass+ Selections"?

I'm going down in two days and am hoping I can do this!!

Mine all show up on the first screen when I go into MDE but when I go in and try to change or update a FP only the ones that are current/future remain. Maybe that's the difference. I haven't tried just trying to redo all my FPP's for the day but definitely will try it in the future. I'll be interested to see what you find out this weekend!
