Reply from WDW using the website?

I used the WDW website contact us a week or so ago actually to make a complaint about something and haven't even had an acknowledgement.

Does anyone know if this is usual and should I just try again?

Normally you have a standard response e-mail within an hour of it being sent which thanks you for your e-mail. The actual response then follows up to 24 hrs later.
I would re send your e-mail if you have not had a response as yet

Only time I ever used it they replied by phone call to give their attention that extra personal touch.
