Reply from shareholders club?

Hi I have contacted the shareholders club regarding my booking and was wondering how long they normally take to respond to e-mails, i only emailed them on Friday afternoon, i don't really want to ring incase someone is already dealing with my query.

Please do not worry about this post as i decided to ring the shareholders club and they have been very helpfull. When i booked for my October holiday i omitted to mention that i was a shareholder so didn't get any discount so i am trying to see if it is too late to apply it or get an upgrade, it has all been passed over to reservations and they are going to sort it out for me so i will keep you all posted , just incase anybody is interested lol.

Great news Jane. On the whole I've found the Shareholders club efficient in replying, although many of the questions have to be referred to park management :)
 
It would be great if they can give me the discount as i could upgrade to Admirals floor.:thumbsup2
