As soon as I got my confirmation through yesterday I forwarded my details to the lady who has been dealing with my complaints rom last time. She is so lovely and helpful and I got this reply from her today:
"Thank you for your email concerning your upcoming stay at Disneyland® Resort Paris. We are delighted that you have decided to come and visit us again. I would also like to mention that I have since forwarded all their reservation information to the Quality Manager of the Disneyland® Hotel. She is excited for this opportunity to totally restore your faith in the Disney magic. I am confident that she and her team of Cast Members will be able to help you pass an extra special time in our company.
We look forward to having the opportunity to welcome you back to the resort."
To be honest with such great reponse from the customer srevices dept. my faith is already restored - but I cannot wait for my trip!!!!
I'll definitely be sending this lady a gift after my stay!
