Ours was VERY detailed because we wanted to know where everyone was staying, what dates, if they'd have a car, if they were coming to the dessert party, if they would have EPCOT park tickets that day, etc... Be sure to think of all those types of things when you send them. You also need to know the ages of any children because it changes your costs!

We were detailed as well when we sent our newsletter out along with a preliminary RSVP. We had requested they put where they were staying and the dates they were arriving and departing along with who would be in the room. About half the people who said yes they were planning on attending filled out the information.

The reply card wording is just for our at home reception thats all. I have already srted the disney stuff out.

I dont really know what to put on them

I'd just have your names, the date, location info and then list maybe Attending and Not Attending line?

I want something a bit special and differnt than the norm really and just wondered what everyone else had on theirs

Are you having a special theme to your reception at home?

For example, a luau theme could have "Coming to Hula" for attending and "Not able to dance" for not attending. Something like that.

Or are you looking for a unique rsvp such as sending it in a bottle, that type of thing?

we are sticking with the hidden mickey theme that I'm having at disney, we are having a blessing then a reception after and I just wanted to know how everyone else worded their replies really

Not to hijack the thread, but I was wondering while we are on the topic of RSVP card wording.....is there anyone who's had a seperate Children's Party in addition to the Reception who could post or PM/e-mail me their RSVP card wording?

We are having a hard time figuring out how to put it all together. Basically we would like to encourage the parents to send their children to the Children's event upstairs, but are not requiring them to do so. Anyone out there with anything like this?

Some time back I saw, what I thought, was the cutest reply card wording on a Knot bio. I saved the pic of it, but it is on a different computer so I will try to paraphrase:

__ Will attend, with bells on
__ Will attend, free of bells
__ Will attend, undecided on bells
__ Will not attend, have heard their will be people wearing bells
__ Will not attend, regardless of bell controversy

Another reply card I remember for a beachy themed wedding:

__ You beach ya we'll be there
__ All tide up, must wave your invitation
