I have sent stuff to staff before, and never gotten a reply many many many times. So a long, long, long time ago I was banned for a month (because I let a friend in real life use my computer, and she messed around with it). So first I sent an email as the banned kid and never got a reply. Then I sent on as a concerned parent (my mom was sitting right by me as I wrote this) and they replied:

Hello,

You are responsible for the actions of your avatar, regardless of who was sitting at the keyboard. Whether you gave your login information to someone or they gained it in some other way, or you entered the information someplace other than a legitimate Disney site, VMK holds you accountable for the conduct.

Each Player in VMK is expected to read and understand the VMK Values, as well as the House Rules and Terms of Use.

House Rule #6 states:
You participate at your own risk in messaging and chat. Keep your password secret, you are responsible for communications from your VMK Character.

If you need to change your Disney password, you can find FAQs on how to change the details on your Disney member accounts here:

Regards,

now VMK staff are starting to get me mad plz don't ask why lots of reasons not going to say

Well thats the only way they can deal with that problem I guess. I mean if you really were behind the screen or weren't the VMK staff wouldn't know. You could be lying (not saying that you were lying) for all they know. Hey at least it wasn't a 10 year ban!
