replacement AP card

I can't find my AP cards from my last trip. The entitlements are clearly linked to my MBs so I am not worried about admission, but I know I need the card for discounts - does anyone know if I can request a replacement card by phone from disney, or do I have to do it in person when I get there?

I misplaced my daughter's AP last year and was able to get a replacement at MK.

Unfortunately I think you have to go in person to Guest Services.

What subtchr said... and you will also need to have your ID.

DW forgot her AP card a couple of years ago and it was a quick stop at the first ticket window we saw to get a replacement.

I used the MDE app. I showed my AP ticket and an ID for discounts.

I forgot both mine and my son's AP cards last week. We stopped by the guest services window at the Gateway, showed our ID's, and were on our way in under 5mins. Granted we lucked out with no lines, but it was super easy.
