Renting to a friend

We have some extra points next year that we are planning on renting to a friend. I've never rented to a friend before, how should I go about making the ressie?

You make the reservation the same way except put their names as guests instead of yours. It's not a problem having someone else use your points. I think the problem arises if they see your always having someone else use your points.
