Renting Timeshares......

there are 7 of us adults who are planning our trip around apirl `09. right now we`re just exploring our options as per accomodations. has anyone ever rented a WDW timeshare, and if so how in the world do i go about it....

any help is greatly appreciated

You should look on the DVC Rent/Trade board. Everything you need to know will be there.

We just returned after renting DVC points. We were able to rent a 2-BR villa at the Beach Club Villas for less than it would've cost us to rent out two rooms. We had a full kitchen with a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, a bedroom with two queen beds and one with a king bed, two baths and a washer/dryer. It was amazing. There were only 5 of us, but we could've easily fit 8. The previous poster is right - you'll find all the info you need on the DVC thread here on the DISboard. That's where we found ours. Just have an idea of when you want to go, how much space you'll need and which resort you're interested in. Good luck!
