renting questions

Has anybody ever been charged for expenses charged to the room by a renter or charged for damage to the room. I know people say it can happen, but has anybody experienced this?

Sounds like diesel will be if his BIL doesn't pay (although I'm sure he will). Details are in this thread:

FWIW, I don't recall anyone else posting here that anything like it happened to them and I've been around for awhile, LOL. IMHO, the largest risk in this area would be damage to the room, not skipping out on charges to the room.

Don't think either is very likely, but it could happen.
