Renting Points question

Hi, I was a DVC member and am going to do it again. The first time, I was interested in renting points but never got to do it. Do I remember correctly there are some restrictions, such as you can only rent once a year?

"Commercial renting" is not allowed. DVC has defined that as more than 20 reservations a year.

You can only do a Member to Member transfer (transferring your points into the other members account) once per use year.
