Does anyone know how early you should reserve an ecv for an early Dec. stay?

Early December is not as busy as later December.
I would suggest you look up the companies in post #2 of the disABILITIES FAQs and call some ot ask. In some cases, it may be early enough to call a week before and in others, you would be better to call even 2 months ahead.
