Renting dvc points- question

Thinking about renting points, never done this before. If I understand correctly, members can't book until 7 months out if not at their home resort. Would like boardwalk in early October, anyone know how hard the studios are to get? Would there likely be availability or could they all be booked to boardwalk owners by then?

That will be very difficult given it's Food and Wine. I'd try to find a boardwalk owner now and book but even now it's getting full.

Boardwalk DVC rooms during Food and Wine are likely already booked up for the most part. Same with Beach Club.

How many days and what type of room also impact that. Longer trips will be harder. Studios and 2 BRs book first.

Get in touch with David's DVC Rentals. They should be able to help you. Food and Wine is an extremely busy rime for the Epcot DVC resorts. They book up very early.there could very well BWV owners that have a reservation they can no longer use and are looking to sell it...so to speak.
