Could someone tell me how much it runs to rent a house or condo in feb. close to disney with 2-3 bedrooms. Could you also tell me some good ones close to disney.

It really depends on whether you go for something on a resort with community facilities or not and also what specification is in the property etc. Also you need to consider if you go for a townhouse if you require spa/splash pool heat as this can often be extra. Most owners also charge a cleaning fee for short stays (less than 7 nights etc). Hope this helps a bit :goodvibes

I would figure about $100 a night including taxes. You would definitely be able to find some less than that, but I would use that number for budgeting.

As an example, we are staying at Bonnet Creek in a 2 bedroom over President's Week for about $100 a night with tax.

In years past we have stayed at other condo resorts like Cypress Pointe, Silver Lake, Orange Lake and Regal Palms and have paid about $80-100 a night with tax.

Hope this helps you out!
