Renting Car-Question About Parks & Resorts Parking $$

We are thinking about renting a vehicle for our trip in May. Thought it would be a good idea since we'll be able to drive to Port Canaveral for our Disney Cruise and then have a vehicle on property when we're at Disney World. We were wondering if there is a charge for parking at our DVC resorts and for the Parks. We are DVC members and will have an annual pass. The vehicle seemed to be cost effective but would not be if we are having to pay for parking. Thank you in advance for your answers! Have a fantastic week!

When you check in at your DVC resort you'll be given a parking pass that will allow you to park free of charge at Parks and resorts. When arriving at resorts have photo ID ready and (if it's not the resort you're staying at) let them know why you're there.

There is a parking charge at the port if you plan on keeping the car while on the cruise.

Being a hotel/DVC resort guest doesn't give you the right to park at any resort. Just at your own. You may or may not be permitted to park at another WDW resort. And if you park at the Swan or Dolphin, you will have to pay to park there.
