renting a sea raycer

we are looking for some "other" experiences for our upcoming trip -- and I think my 3 boys would LOVE this....anyone have any experience with it? best place to rent them from etc....
and if im reading right my 12 year old can drive his own without a adult? oh boy he will LOVE that -- thanks!

The best area would probably be the Seven Seas Lagoon/Bay Lake resorts. More to see as compared to the other area, Epcot resorts. I do think they have discontinued the Downtown Disney ones.

We rent from the Contemporary pier. We stay elsewhere so we bus to MK and walk over. Just keep in mind that the no wake zone between the two lakes can be quite busy with transport boats and it'll take a while to get through.

We prefer to rent from the Wilderness Lodge. It's doesn't seem to be too busy and then we can eat at Whispering Canyons. It's also less congested around that area than around the poly and grand Floridian.
