Renting a home

A guy my husband works with did this through Orlandovacations.com. I'm hesitant to do this. Has anyone on here done this? What was the experience?

We just rented a pool home through www.vrbo.com March 25 through April 1 and loved it. I was a bit apprenhensive as well, but it turned out fabulous!

I haven't used the site you referenced. We've used vrbo once and Florida Sun Vacation Homes twice when we rented homes.

It's a 4-bed/4-bath house. Not sure what you are looking for. We went with RTM because it we had never stayed off-site and their houses are all inclusive (the price you see is what you pay). Looking around there were so many "extras" like pool heat, bbq, house cleaning. It got very confusing and hard to budget.

The owners have been great and respond immediately to all my questions. Also, liked that we didn't have to pay until we got there and checked in. Seemed just a little bit safer than having to pay for the whole thing up front.

I herd these guys are pretty good. Dream Villa's
