Renting a Car in WDW??

I will be in WDW Oct. 1 - 8. We are thinking about renting a car for the day and driving to the beach.

Is it possible to rent a car without a reservation?

Yes, you can rent without a reservation, if there are any available.

National/Alamo are onsite at either of these locations and both should have cars on their lots. I'd call as soon as you have a day in mind and see what's available. The Dolphin often has guests for conventions who decide at the last minute that they need a car, so I don't think you'll have any problems, unless it's a peak time of year such as Christmas or Easter!!!

Thank you for the replies. Because of the weather we did not want to make any definite plans for a beach day. I just thought if we had the time I would like to drive to the beach for the day.
