Renting a car for the day

I've looked for postings from people who have rented a car for the day from the Car Care Center. We are planning to go to Seaworld for the day and then have dinner at Margaritaville that evening at Citywalk. How late do the shuttles run that Alamo provides? Any info would be appreciated.

I dont know about the shuttles, but for another option, you can also rent from Alamo at the Dolphin resort. I just booked a car for 1 day (actually 13 hours), today through them. They did note that they close at 4:00pm, however they will give us instructions how to drop the car off after hours. At any rate, you can either take busses or walk (depending where you are staying) from the Dolphin, so there's no need to worry about a shuttle.

May I ask how much it cost to rent from here versus renting at the airport? We are also needing to rent a car or 1 or 2 days of our weeklong trip.

I have never rented from MCO so I can't compare, but we just got a compact car (Cobalt or similar) prepaying, from 8:00 am-9:00pm on 12/24 for a total of 38.48.
