Renting a car for 1 day while at Disney?

Looking to rent a car for just 1 day of the stay. Is there any place on property I can do this?

I think there's a National car rental at the Poly.
There's always cabs around too if you prefer that.

Definitely need a car rental as it's needed to go into Orlando for a few stops for work throughout the day.

On site National and Alamo are at the Car Care Center and at the Dolphin.

There are other companies at the hotels in Hotel Plaza. Hopefully someone will post which ones.

Poly doesn't have a car rental counter.

The Hilton hotel located on Hotel Plaza Blvd - AKA the road in front of DTD - has a Avis counter. The Regal Sun across the street from the DTD bus stop has a Dollar rental counter and you can use a promo code KISS for rentals. This code is a code anyone can use.

Alamo/National are at both Car Care Center by the entrance to MK, and at the Dolphin outside Epcot. You can call the CCC in advance and make arrangements for pickup to get to their office. Then you can arrange for drop off as well. At the Dolphin you have to get there yourself. Easy walk from the back of Epcot and from DHS.
Budget is at the Doubletree at DTD.
