Renting a car at the Car Care Center

Hello All. We are renting a car from the car care center for two days. Should we reserve it online now or can we just do it when we get the car care center? Would it be cheaper to do it online right now rather than waiting?

Do you know what the earliest time is we can pick up the car in the morning? Will the shuttle be able to pick us up at 7am?

We are also looking to rent from the Disney Car care center.... from what I have read online it looks like you might do it ahead of time for availability. Also, they have shorter hours on the weekend so you should be aware of that as far as pick up and drop off. Sounds like you can have their shuttle get you at your resort and bring you over to get the car.

i would reserve now. no credit card required and if you rent from national/alamo they will pick you up at your disney hotel. i hve done this in the past and it works rather well. when you drop it off they will take you where you want to go on disney property. don't wait on this. you may find if you get there that day they may not have a car for you. seen it happen. also discount coupons are available thru your entertainment book or your h.r. dept thru work.

We also rent from National at the Car Care Center. If you book online, call the CCC to get on the shuttle pickup list. You have to have an advance reservation too for the shuttle. I just call the day before, or the morning of to get on the pickup shuttle list. Example: At the POFQ they only pick up at 40 minutes after the hour, so plan accordingly.
Saturday hours are: 6:00AM to 5:59PM and I think the shuttle starts picking up at 7AM.

Second I would consider renting from Enterprise near DTD (Listed as Lake Buena Vista). They will pick up at resorts and charge less in Fees (Car care center has a landlord recovery fee). They have a shuttle and take reservations i think 5 days in advance.

I was picked up at POP at either 8 or 830 forget which but it was first pick up. On return they drove me straight to EPCOT but will not always do that

When you book your shuttle reservation you can tell them you will have 5 in your party. The Alamo/National van holds more than 5.
