Renting a car at Amtrak station in Orlando?

We have flights booked with Delta for April 17th but just in case of a strike we are considering taking an Amtrak train to Florida. Just wondering if we go that route, once we get off the train in Orlando is there a car rental place where we can rent a car?

Go to Kissimmee, not ORlando. The Orlando station is in a bad part of town, and further from WDW.
