Renter 5,000+ point Firesale?

Well, I am one of those that just put up a Beach Club contract for sale. It sold within a day. I did not do it because I am a renter of points, only done it once when we couldn't go in the 7 years we have been members. I did it because, it just isn't feasible for us anymore. Kids are older, can't go as often, etc. Plus, we just bought a car for our 16 yo son and with the cost of insurance, we felt this was the most financially prudent thing to do. My contract was for 70 points and a December use year. We had already used 1/2 of our 2006 points.
