Rentals in Florida - week after Christmas?

Hi!
We are looking to go to Florida the week between Christmas and New Years. We've done this a lot of times when the grandparents lived in Ormond Beach, but now they moved back up here!!

We'd love to go down again and stay somewhere where we can swim - from Daytona to the Keys!! Where is a good site to look at rentals for the 9 of us? 4 adults, 2 teens, 3 kids.

You are choosing to come at the absolute most crowded, highest priced time of the entire year...not that that should deter you if it's the only time you all can get away.

The most economical deal for you would possibly be one of the vacation home rental sites...although many of the homes are quite possibly booked already. Anyway, that's the first place I'd look...you might possibly even find one with a pet-friendly policy.

These homes are beautiful, usually in a gated community with additional perks...besides most having a lovely, personal, screened pool/jacuzzi, full kitchen, garage (driving would save you a lot). You'd want to get one with three bathrooms probably...also the home is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, bedding (ours even had pool toys and a bbq grill) and washer/dryer etc.

Just google "vacation homes orlando", you'll find a number of sites.

In the past (when the grandparents still lived down there) it was super easy to get an inexpensive hotel right on Daytona beach. But we are hoping to find a vacation home to all stay together for more fun!!! The site livindisney recommended has a TON of properties listed!! Thanks so much!
