This is my first time renting a car, I reserved with Budget for 9 Days in a fullsize for $228.00 total form 4/28 - 5/7. This included the code and suggestion on these boards to sign up for RapidREz, and I did get a double upgrade coupon. I think this is good, and if so, THANKYOU to all, visiting these boards has saved me $.

I got a full size for 8 days $182.00 w/tax, 4/22-4/30, so it sounds pretty comparable. I, too had an upgrade coupon.

i used a code to get $172 (econ. size) for 8 days....sounds about right to me. Believe me, i had to search high and low, on and off the DIS, to find it!!! uugghhh.......

EDITED TO ADD: okay. after I posted this, I actually went to book this rate, and would you believe I got an SUV for less money??? I still don't get it :confused3

Well i'm glad to see i'm in the ballpark for a rate. Where did you rent from to get an SUV for around the same price? That sounds like a GOOD deal!.

Just went to a link on these boards.... http://www.rentalcarmomma.com/cities/orlando.htm
Checked the price, minimized it...came back about 30-60minutes later to book it, refreshed my info, and "up popped the SUV".... :confused3 Decided for $1 less, it was worth getting that over the economy or compact!!! A good site!! Glad a DISer recommended it!! :disrocks:
