Across resorts and across time. Seems like BCV, BWV, AKV, and VWL should command higher price per point based on their size and popularity and, perhaps, their purchase price. Seems like prices have moved up over the last few years, but this is convoluted now by all the developer points in the system. I do note that lots of folks request these popular resorts in the seven month window when there is probably only limited availability.

Any experience, thoughts, (amusing) anecdotes? :scratchin

This has been a hot topic for a while.......the constant one could assume for a rental price is $10 per point. This $10 price seems to have been around for a long time. As rack rates rise DVC point rentals have remained the same. But we all can't forget that there are owners that get caught and unload points for $8 and I have seen listings for as low as $6.50, both for expiring points. Its numbers like these that keep rental prices down. I do agree that the high demand resorts, certain travel times, 11 month window bookings, all should carry a premium. But like all consumers, myself included, why pay $15 a point when you may get lucky at $8 and probably can get a guarenteed $10.
