Rental needed!

Hi,

I am new to this board and I am looking for a villa Feb 12-17. I would like a two bedroom. Also any advice on the nicest and most updated? How are the Villas at Wilderness Lodge? Also do most have water lauches to MK?

VWL is very nice.

you can also pick from BCV and BWV - both within walk/boat range of Epcot and Studios

OKW and SSR - bus transportation to parks

okw is the cheapest to rent.

VWL is the only one with boat service to the MK.

both BCV and BWV have boat service to Epcot and studio - although most of the time it is faster to walk.

OKW and SSR have boat service to DD.

Well it was moved here and I hope it still gets looked at since I am close to the dates I need. Thank you Pat for the info! How many points would it take to get a 2 bedroom any where?

the Sat stay is expensive - that will cost you 64 points ($640) at OKW, the nights 13, 14, 15 - will be 27 points per night - so $270 per night, then 16 - $300, - I assume you are leaving on the 17th.

so a great total of $1,750 for a 2-bedroom at OKW, others will be more expensive.

If you can go Sun-thurs Feb 13 - 17th (checking out Frid) - it will be $1,410.

if you can manage to go the week Sun-Thurs before this Feb 7 - 11 - it will be $1,350.

if you still want the others - say so.

You may want to repost your dates, room type and resort choices on the Rent/Trade Board. Your request will be seen by more members wanting to rent their points (or existing reservations) when posted on that board.

The DVC Board is a great place to ask questions about the DVC resorts since the Rent/Trade is not designed to be a discussion forum.
