Rental Houses???

hey there,

If i could get peoples input on house rentals that you have been to that are legit that would be awesome im looking to go in oct and trying to get a head start. i have never done this before and sounds like it could be loads better then a hotel. i would be traveling with 5 adults so a 3 or 4 bedroom is all that would be needed.

so basically trying to find ppl that have done this b4 and where they rented from ??

We have stayed with Loyalty Vaaction Homes for 4 years on the run, different house every time and never been dissatisfied. All the homes are themed differently, this year stayed in the new one called Hollywood dreams, 3d TV and an unusual shaped bed, amazing. find them at loyaltyusa

We are renting from vacationcentralflorida.com in October and they have been very professional.

You could try windsorhillsrent.com...put in an inquiry for your dates and what you're looking for and "walla" lots and lots of responses to sort through .

I have rented the same home in the Sandy Ridge subdivison located in Davenport several times. The owner lives in the UK, her name is Sally Collingwood. It is a very nice home in a peaceful setting and only 15 minutes from Disney. You can Google Jasmine's Palace and find the home. Or go to VRBO. com, she is property #140130. Very easy to deal with and never had any problems. Have a nice trip.

We stayed at Hollywood Dreams about two weeks ago and while it looks nice in reality is is NOT...would not recommend it at all.
We like our stay at WH storytime rentals, owner was friendly and helpful.

Yes, this is what I do. You can only legally rent property you hold title to, not anyone elses property. You need a brokers license to rent out property you do not own.
