Rental home - Grand Palms or Windsor Palms?

Help!

I've got two homes I'm considering for our stay in July. One is in Grand Palms, and one is in Windsor Palms. Trouble is, I can't exactly figure out where Grand Palms is. The owner of that home says it's near mile marker 5 on 192. I do know where Windsor Palms is.

The difference in the two properties is about $50 US (Windsor Palms is more.)

Can anyone tell me whether one subdivision is better than the other? Thanks!

The Grand Palms I know of is on the Lindfields estate at the west end of the 192 take a look here and see if it the right one

Yes - I guess it is that one.... I'm so confused as to whether Lindfields is closer than Windsor Palms or further. But both seem like good areas, I guess.

Both are in good locations Lindfields is a little bit further out at the west end of the 192 but if you use the Sherbeth Road turning you won't go far wrong plus you won't be affected by the new Road they are building by WP.Lindfields is close to the new Wal Mart on the 27 and there is a Publix nearby

We just got back from Windsor Palms and loved the location, but doesn't sound like you could go far wrong with the other one, either. WP is probably over a mile back from 192, so that's something to consider. I remember that WP is near mile marker 4. Hope that helps a little.
