Rental-Home Development Recommendation?

We have stayed in a Windsor Hills condo twice (Mickey's Hideaway) and love that type of accomodation and development. This time we are going with extended family of 8 adults (4 couples) and 1 child. We are actually planning on combining 2-3 days of Universal, 1 day of SeaWorld, 1 day of Disney (I know, horrible!) and a Disney Cruise. Are there any decent complexes with pool homes that are a bit closer to the Universal side? We will need 5 bedrooms (4 with king/queen beds), and at least 5 bathrooms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's nothing in that area because Orange County doesn't allow for short-term rentals. The closest you would be able to get would be two townhouses/condos at Vista Cay. The builders of WH also built this. It's in the Convention Center area but on Universal Blvd.
Other than that Windsor Hills would be the closest subdivision on the west side of 192 and the closest on the other side that would have a 5 bedroom home would be those off Poincianna Blvd: Terra Verde, Lake Berkley, Bellavida etc.
On this map Vista Cay is #123, WH is #1 and Terra Verde #62 etc.

I think you will find the larger homes have 4 endsuites.

You may find a 5 bed with this option but they will be very rare.

We love Indian Creek! Right around the corner from Windsor hills! It's literally 1 mile down the road! Placemark #11 on that fabulous map!
