Hi we are looking for a rental home with at least 7 beds! Anyone know any nice safe affordable places? TY

We stayed in this house this past February:

We really liked it. We thought it was in a very safe area and the home was perfect for a large group. The home is in Davenport. It is near the Champion's Gate area. It was less maybe a half mile from I-4 exit 58 and I think we got off exit 62 to get to Disney. We were able to get the home for $900 and that included taxes and pool heat. We were going to stay here again this coming February but the owners went up on their price to $1100. The low price had me spoiled so we looked for another house in this area with a low price. This coming February, we are staying here: http://www.vrbo.com/46990
We were able to get this house for $875 including all taxes and pool heat.

Good luck with your trip.

HI, the home for $875 looks like a very nice property. Location is actually very good as it is a little farther from Disney than all the homes just off Formosa Gardens but it a very easy quick trip to Disney via I-4 or even up Old Lake Wilson to 192 and then west to Disney.
The area is very quiet and they just completed widening and resurfacing roads in the area.
I would prefer this area to homes just off highway 27 as 27 is so busy and can be dangerous just getting off and on the road.
Good Luck...looks like a heck of deal to me. Good example of how competitive rates have become.

I rented a beautiful house in davenport but I found it too far from the parks. Traffic on I 192 took forever in the morning to get there. Windsor hills area is much closer!! I have stayed at condos in WH and they were great both times!

If you want 7 bedroom homes close to WDW, try Emerald Island or Formosa Gardens.

If you don't mind being further away, Crescent Lakes or Terra Verde also have 7 bed homes.

TY! Looking into all of these! AND just to clarify we need 7 BEDS not 7 bedrooms, so like 2 bedrooms that each have a couple of twins would be fine :)
