Rental Help

Dear DVC masters, due to 2 resales this year, I have a plethora of excess points . (Hey I finally used plethora in a 'REAL' sentence!!! ) I have three individuals ready to rent, and I would like to offer them a contract. Will/can any of you DVC masters share/sell me a fair (to both sides) rental contract?
