We ARE BOOKING A FULL SIZE 4 DOOR FOR 5 PEOPLE WITH 4 CASES AND A WHEECHAIR DO YOU THINK ITS BIG ENOUGH ANYONE HAD RECENT PROBLEMS WITH THIS?

they probably do a car/van to suit, check the disability's section of the boards to see if anyone there has used one

Almost certain it won't be big enough. We had full size Easter 2008 for 4 of us, 3 cases a bag and hand luggage, we really struggled to shut the boot lid, not a chance of fitting in a wheelchair as well.
I would suggest a 7 seat minivan myself but as Paul says check out DISabilities forum.
